They’re pink, they’re natural, they’re fun, they’re fizzy and they’re the ideal addition to your celebrations this season! Ok sounds great, but what exactly does Pet Nat mean?! It’s short for pétillant naturel which is French for naturally sparkling. It’s a fairly new-school style of wine made in a very old-school way! Pet Nats start their fermentation off in a tank and finish it in the bottle and this process gives it a nice little effervescent spritz - kind of like Champagne’s quirky younger cousin.
