School of Port Summer Cocktail Masterclass

We have the perfect cocktail event for you to kick off your summer – and it wouldn’t be a Plonkers event without a cheeky twist!

Now that Port is having a massive cultural comeback and Port & Tonic is now such a refreshing staple on most cocktail menus, we thought we would host a night with Port expert Adam to try out a bunch of different types of Port and experiment with different cocktail options!

This will be a great opportunity to learn about and try a variety of styles of Port, as well as design your own ideal summer cocktail. We’ll provide mixers, garnishes, snacks and our favourite Port geek Adam will help guide us with his recommended combos.

Weather dependent we’ll hold this in the downstairs showroom at Duke of London so hopefully the evening sun will be shining on us to get us in the summer cocktail mood!

And don’t be fooled, although this event is a collab with the School of Port – this isn’t a lecture! It’ll be a super fun, engaging and interactive night so get involved! Life’s too Port…
